Mai Takase

Mai Takase, Ph.D. in Agriculture, is dedicated to researching how individuals can maintain health and a sense of purpose throughout their lives. She is actively engaged in field research to explore ways to support aging in place within communities. As a lymphatic therapist, she also provides foundational healthcare through specialized treatments. Drawing on her research, clinical experience, and entrepreneurial journey, Dr. Takase has developed a comprehensive program to support businesses in enhancing employee well-being and boosting performance. She has published extensively in academic journals and contributed to publications such as Forbes JAPAN and the Senior Marketing Research Laboratory. Dr. Takase is a passionate advocate for global causes and supports organizations like Plan International Japan, UNHCR, UNICEF, and NPO KATARIBS. She has spoken at international conferences, including the Purposeful Longevity and Community Building Symposium in October 2023.
